The Cabbage Patch 10 Mile Race

The Cabbage Patch 10 is one of the flattest and best ten mile races in the country. Starting and finishing in Twickenham town centre the course follows a loop, crossing the river in Kingston and Richmond. Race HQ is the Cabbage Patch pub opposite Twickenham station.
Previous winners and high placed finishers include London 2012 Olympians Mo Farah, Scott Overall, Mara Yamauchi and Jess Petersson. However this ten mile race is for runners of all standards on roads and towpaths through Twickenham, Kingston and Richmond.
Each finisher will receive this year's edition of our famous Cabbage Patch 10 long sleeved T-shirt.

There will be two open team prizes, one for men and one for women. They will be based on the cumulative time of the first three competitors from each club. There is no need to declare the teams.
Free raffle:
We will be giving away two bikes at the Cabbage Patch Pub during the prize giving. To qualify to win one of these you must place your race number in the bin provided and be present in person to collect the prize.
The Cabbage Patch 10 has been running since 1982 and is a charity race in aid of Clarendon School, Hampton.

New M60 British Record in 2012.
Congratulations to Mike Hager from Tipton Harriers who ran a M60 British record for 10 miles. His time of 56m 49s gave him 25th spot in the race with an age grading of 96.88%!
